In celebration of this momentous occasion, Monday 16 October 2023 saw joint venture partners, Goodfind Properties, a member of the Communicare family and VDMV Property Holdings break ground on Cape Town’s new premium retail and business destination.

This premium retail and business destination, 30 hectares in extent,  is situated in Kuilsriver. Central to the greater Cape Town Metropolis, enveloped by Bottelary, Amandel and Saxdowns Roads and in close proximity to the R300.
